If only we could have stayed longer. Literally this is an oasis of tranquility after visiting the Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers. A beautiful, garden setting on the north side of Franz Josef. We sat out on the decking overlooking the pond late afternoon listening to birdsong. The rooms were amazing, spacious, well planned with a huge bed and large bathroom. We paid for continental breakfast and were very happy the selection.

The Terrace offers 4-star accommodation with an on-site restaurant. Located in the centre of Franz Josef, on a quiet street, The Terrace offers free unlimited WiFi and free onsite parking.

Great location, amenities and bed was comfy. Staff were very helpful, particularly Akash, who went to great lengths to help get some belongings we left behind back to us which was more than appreciated!
