My room was spacious and comfortable. My room was on the top floor. I was sharing the kitchen, balcony and the living room with two other rooms, but it was still comfortable. The sea facing views are amazing.

Farhan has been an excellent and accommodating host.

Our stay in this house was good. The rooms were spacious, and a big advantage was the fully equipped kitchen available at all times. There was also a clothes dryer, a hairdryer, and a living room with a TV. It was a great base for visiting the nearby wadis. The apartment was clean and beautiful.

It’s right next to a beautiful beach strip, inside a village that is mostly in ruins but the hotel is new and impeccable. The staff are very nice and caring. The terrace offers a gorgeous view on the sea. It’s a wonderful place to crash for a night or two if you’re going to Wadi Shab/Wadi Tiwi!

The cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The bed linen was impeccable. The towels were in dry-cleaning bags. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a refrigerator and a separate freezer where you can store the fish bought from the fishermen at the port. There was a barbecue area with a banquet table. A wonderful inner courtyard with plenty of greenery.

Beautiful house, very good location - 2 minutes drive from Wadi Shab. Breakfast was plentiful with a great view to the sea.

We arrived at the beach house and even though it was open no one was there to get us checked in. After a few phone calls I got through to the owner Sami who apologised and sent his worker straight away, I hadn't rang them beforehand and the worker explained that guests usually arrive around 5ish and we got there at 1, so not really a problem!! The property itself is awesome, with comfortable beds and access to a small pool which my kids loved. There is no access to the beach from the property but you have the full view of the sea from the pool and there is a children's park walking distance away. We stayed only one night as we were visiting Wadi Shab and this was our resting point and for the purpose it was just perfect. Sami rang again once we were settled to ask if everything was ok and his worker also left his number with us in case we needed anything!! Full access to the kitchen is provided which has a gas cooker, pots and pans, basic utensils, a kettle, and a coffee machine with plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar. There is no staff at this property all the time, we enjoyed the privacy!! I left my iWatch at the property and didn't realise until I was back in Muscat, I rang the worker who confirmed the watch was there and then Sami rang me and told me he would drop the watch off to me. True to his word, Sami drove all the way to Muscat and dropped the watch off to me at the hotel U was staying at, legendary guy!! Thank you Sami and thank you to your staff - will definitely be visiting again!!

Fantastic location (3 min walk from wadi shab starting point). Breathtaking view! Turtles swimming in the water! Nice pool, we enjoyed it. The man who welcomed us was nice, we had good breakfast and dinner as well one night. Rooms are big, the beds were clean and comfortable. We had to arrive a day earlier and the owner was flexible to accomodate is last minute. Thank you!

The staying was very pleasant. The Hasan from staff was very very helpful with all things I needed as well as with information about visiting the Wadi Shab which is really 3 min walk from the room. They have also very good breakfast as well the dinner.

Location is perfect. Very close to Wadi Shab.
