I had the pleasure of staying in a stunning villa in Fins, Oman, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The villa is perfectly located in the first row facing the beach, offering a magical view of the ocean that left us in awe every day. The villa itself is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the modern facilities one could ask for. Everything was in pristine condition, from the super clean bed sheets and towels to the fully functional appliances, including a dishwasher that was a great effort and time saver. The outdoor terrace was a highlight, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak in the breathtaking scenery. Whether it was morning coffee or an evening under the stars, the ambiance was unique and incomparable. What made our stay even more special was the host. They were exceptionally kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with any request promptly. Overall, this villa is a gem that combines luxury, comfort, and nature’s beauty. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside escape. I myself will definitely go again 🌊🌴

Loved the place! Have stayed in several airbnbs but never seems such a well planned house. We had everything we wanted on the property. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Love the view, loved the pool, loved that it had Netflix. Loved the place so much, we will be coming back in the winters!

Easy check in, worth the price. Excellent view from balcony. There was hot water shower, overall it was good.

A small, charming hotel with great attention to detail. It has a small but nice pool. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. It is located at the beginning of Wadi Tiwi & Wadi Mibam. Both wadis can be reached by car in about 15 minutes and were great! We skipped Wadi Shab - too many people. You can have dinner at the hotel and it's delicious and fairly priced. Farhan and his staff do a great job and are so friendly and helpful. We can warmly recommend the hotel.

Our stay in this house was good. The rooms were spacious, and a big advantage was the fully equipped kitchen available at all times. There was also a clothes dryer, a hairdryer, and a living room with a TV. It was a great base for visiting the nearby wadis. The apartment was clean and beautiful.

Our experience at Bait Al Shab, my family and I, was truly unique. Bait Al Shab is a resort of a special kind, distinguished by its spacious areas, beautiful views, and complete tranquility. Large and medium-sized trees surround all the rooms and halls, giving the place a unique character and a refreshing breeze. In addition, there is a jacuzzi, two swimming pools — one for adults and one for children — as well as children’s play areas and barbecue spots. The room attendant is a kind, helpful, and very friendly person. I will definitely return to stay at Bait Al Shab

If you have any question or some problem, he is always does his best to help. Property is located in a quiet place at the beginning of Wadi Tiwi and near Wadi Shab. A room was very clean and big. There is also well-equipped kitchen and swimming pool.
