We arrived at the beach house and even though it was open no one was there to get us checked in. After a few phone calls I got through to the owner Sami who apologised and sent his worker straight away, I hadn't rang them beforehand and the worker explained that guests usually arrive around 5ish and we got there at 1, so not really a problem!! The property itself is awesome, with comfortable beds and access to a small pool which my kids loved. There is no access to the beach from the property but you have the full view of the sea from the pool and there is a children's park walking distance away. We stayed only one night as we were visiting Wadi Shab and this was our resting point and for the purpose it was just perfect. Sami rang again once we were settled to ask if everything was ok and his worker also left his number with us in case we needed anything!! Full access to the kitchen is provided which has a gas cooker, pots and pans, basic utensils, a kettle, and a coffee machine with plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar. There is no staff at this property all the time, we enjoyed the privacy!! I left my iWatch at the property and didn't realise until I was back in Muscat, I rang the worker who confirmed the watch was there and then Sami rang me and told me he would drop the watch off to me. True to his word, Sami drove all the way to Muscat and dropped the watch off to me at the hotel U was staying at, legendary guy!! Thank you Sami and thank you to your staff - will definitely be visiting again!!

Fantastic place, spacious room with a comfy bed, clean bathroom, phenomenal balcony to watch the sunrise. Comfy communal area to meet other travelers (has fridge, tea, kitchen etc) Strong wifi and clear&responsive communication. I booked last minute, and everything worked out great. It was easy to find, staff was on point and helpful. Parking spaces in front of the door. The location is brilliant. 6 minutes walk to the beginning of the Wadi Shab trail. (I went at 6am and got back by 9:30 - enough time for a shower to head on daisy fresh)

The staff in Nomad Inn are just amazing. We arrived late for check in and there was absolute no troubles. In the morning we also wanted to leave super early to do the hikes on the Wadis and Farhan was more than willing to arrange an amazing breakfast before breakfast time. Super nice tips about the Wadis also. Everything was clean and confortable. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are new and very nice designed. The staff is friendly, the place is in front of a pebbled beach and very close to Wadi Shab.

Lovely host and very nice hotel to stop between Muscat and Sur. Very close to Wadi Shab and to the Tiwi beach.

The ambients was so natural and so comforting with all the luxury amenities, The incharge santosh bhaiya and Akash even helped us arrange an excellent tour guides Mohamad to help us explore the hidden beauty of Tiwi & experience local life. The stay is near the beach and local shops are available near by.

Practical. In the middle of the city. And 5 min away from Wadi shab You will have little kitten waiting for you 😂

Excellent location, a decent property with every basic facility imaginable provided for, great value for money, and to top it all, greeted by a very humble and friendly owner.

The property is excellent for the money. The receptionist Hasan and the staff were kind and helpful.
