Highly recommended Hotel. Confortable, clean modern rooms, kind staff. Good location, specially to reach by car other parts of the city (or even to arrive/leave Muscat without many traffic). I even arrived directly from the airport by bus plus 18/20 minutes walking (taking bus 8 till Al Khuwair souq stop).

Everything: first of all, the staff is very nice, kind, attentive and helpful. Had some issue with a noisy neighbour, they promptly gave me another room. Nice pool on the rooftop and gym. Breakfast and dinner were always tasty and various. It was a really delightful stay.

- The hotel is amazing. It's part of a shopping mall. There were also many business events happening at the time, very nice and lively place. - The room was nicely decorated and very clean :) - The pool area is AMAZING, with a perfect view & they provide beach towels. - The location is fairly good - it's in an area with embassies and ministries, quite posh. - Breakfast was amazing - perfect choice, many options.. a la carte (omelette, eggs, pancakes etc.) was also included in the price of the regular breakfast. - Breakfast was until 10:30 even during Ramadan. - We arrived at 4am & could check in this early and were charged only half of the price for a night. - Very close to the beach. - We enjoyed our stay so much & would easily recommend this hotel to everyone.
