Excellent location, great for families, the kids loved the garden play area and pool, it’s quiet, the staff were really helpful, it’s was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Great cots available for babies. Loads of outdoor seating areas for quiet sitting or eating. Excellent communication when we needed to alter our dates. We’ve booked to come back already!

I enjoyed my stay in this accommodation a lot because I felt like at my home. Santhosh, who take care of property is extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. If you have any question or some problem, he is always does his best to help. Property is located in a quiet place at the beginning of Wadi Tiwi and near Wadi Shab. A room was very clean and big. There is also well-equipped kitchen and swimming pool.

A small, charming hotel with great attention to detail. It has a small but nice pool. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. It is located at the beginning of Wadi Tiwi & Wadi Mibam. Both wadis can be reached by car in about 15 minutes and were great! We skipped Wadi Shab - too many people. You can have dinner at the hotel and it's delicious and fairly priced. Farhan and his staff do a great job and are so friendly and helpful. We can warmly recommend the hotel.

From Tiwi, the trip to Wadi Shab begins.

From Tiwi, the trip to Wadi Shab begins. Right at the beginning, before entering the boats, there is a parking lot under the highway bridge and a nice bistro&coffee. From here, it is about 1.5 hours to Muscat on the highway. There are a few options for eating in the village and a few small food stalls. There is no gas station or any medical facilities in Tiwi. 2 nights were just enough.
