We absolutely enjoyed our stay where the rooms are in fact standalone bungalows, while guests enjoy the access to the shared garden and open-air living room allowing the full immersion in a tropical climate. The decor was very catchy and stylish, while the apartment was clean and had all the promised amenities. The host was extremely responsive and accomodative.

The location is good for the beach and walking into town. We drove to beach but you could walk, it's flat but a bit of a way. Great beach and worth going to. With some TLC the room we had would be brilliant, large with comfy bed, bit rough round the edges, which personally we found fine. Hot water in shower, working lights and TV. Not many accessible plugs, but that seems normal in Panama Hostels. AC worked well. Good breakfast, shame no fruit but hot food choice good. Nice pool, didn't go in but looked clean. Friendly helpful staff. Overall just needs some TLC to bring up to a great standard. These are our personal observations, overall we enjoyed our 2 nights.

Our hosts, Yeti and Libia were fantastic. The breakfasts were prepared from mostly home grown ingredients. Beautiful area and surroundings, lots to see and do. Several excellent restaurants nearby. Nice facilities were comfortable and spotless. Great pool to cool off. Yeti and Libia went above and beyond with their generous hospitality. Exceptional value. We could stay forever...

EVERYTHING!!! Gorgeous views, quiet, spacious accommodations, beautiful attention to detail.. We are a vegan family, and the chef put together one of the tastiest meals we had in Panama! The beach is long and practically empty of tourists with many little inlets to make it extra private. Our house had 2 bathrooms, two big bedrooms, a kitchen and a large area to keep our stuff. I loved the use of old ship portholes as windows in the doors, the hand carved wooden sinks, incorporating the natural elements in the design of the house. The manicured yet rugged pathways throughout the property lead you on little discovery tours of lizards, birds, ocean views and to the main building where you could eat, have a drink or lounge on the big sofas with the ocean breezes flowing through. I could have stayed here much much longer but we were only passing through on our whirlwind tour of Panama...Definitely a place to unwind and reconnect with yourself, nature...

Superb location overlooking the ocean on a dirt road some way south of Pedasi. Choice of empty beaches. Comfortable rooms, pool and delicious breakfast. Evening meals can be arranged. Lovely Italian owners. Hard to find but you will get directions.

Lots of fun things to do without lots of driving.

Lots of fun things to do without lots of driving. Venado beach is fantastic. Coucoucrazy good craft beer, great food. Local expats are friendly and share information freely. The bad, rental homes still quite expensive (we checked out Pedasi two years ago and rents have not come down).

Its beaches are stunning, perfect for all kinds of activities (fishing, surfing, boating), the weather is great, and there are excellent cultural activities such as museums and folk festivals, among others. It's a beautiful town, and it's easy to get around.

My family and I love Pedasí.

My family and I love Pedasí. We've been there several times, staying at different hotels, and Hotel Carey offers the best location—close to everything and very peaceful. The people are very friendly and welcoming.

It's a picturesque, peaceful town with beautiful beaches.

It's a picturesque, peaceful town with beautiful beaches. I loved the food and the prices; there's something for everyone. I enjoyed trying local specialties, like the chicha from Uvita, which was delicious. The people are friendly, and I loved it. The water problem is affecting the population and needs to be addressed. They could look for water wells to help.

A peaceful place, full of friendly people and far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Pedasí leaves you wanting to return. Walking along its beaches is a unique experience. Its main square is full of life and experiences that invite you to stay longer.

A beautiful place.

A beautiful place. I'd never been anywhere like it, even though I'm Panamanian. But it seems that all the places in the province of Los Santos, in general, have this same charm. It's worth going with more time to relax and recharge.

Our experience was great in part because we were the only people at the hotel due to it being VERY OFF Season and mid week. Nice outdoor space, comfortable, A/C worked great, hot water shower, access to refrigerator in common areaa, great location - everything walkable. Staff was very responsive and provided extra help for checking in. NOTE: Common areas have no A/C but are very comfortable with lots of seating options, games to play and well lit.

The hotel is located in the cute little village of Pedasi. The hotel looks very good and was the property of an architect who designed it. Nice materials. Our host was the kindest and very helpful.
