I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The rooms were absolutely spotless, even better than in the photos, and the breakfast was fantastic every morning. The location is perfect—walking distance to all the major attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Cusco. We loved it so much that we extended our stay! When they didn't have a room available, we easily booked with their sister branch, and the staff kindly transferred our bags for us while we visited Machu Picchu. The level of service and care was outstanding. We felt so well looked after. Thank you for an amazing experience—can’t wait to return! Shoutout to Pillar and the other kind receptionist (I forgot her name, sorry!).

This hotel was outstanding, even for experienced travelers. The spacious colonial architecture combined perfectly with the convenient furnishings. We had a wonderful stay at Afma Cusco! The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The hot shower was perfect after long days of exploring, one of the best I’ve had in Peru. The room was very comfortable, quiet and even had heating, which is a huge plus in Cusco. The location is fantastic, close to everything yet in a calm and peaceful area. The breakfasts were fresh and generous, a great way to start the day. A special mention to Gjeis at the front desk, super friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything. The entire staff was kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, tranquility and genuine hospitality in the heart of Cusco!

Got what I paid for and thensome. Great location and really lovely facilities. Due to my delayed luggage the boss himself and the others in the reception met my needs, helped me acquire maintenance items and even helped me communicating with the airline concerning delivery of my luggage - all without hesitation.
