The first thing my wife and I noticed was that the town was much quieter than other Peruvian towns we visited. I spent a lot of time undertaking photography, most people were happy to be photographed, there were some good colonial buildings you could photograph but not so much in relation to landscapes. Great city to have fun, has it all, culture, food, cathedrals, art, archaeology, music, fun outdoor trips with breath taking scenery. People are very friendly and helpful. A suggestion: don't book your tours in advance online, do it when you get there, you will find many tour kiosks around the main plaza and you can book the night before. A tour that online cots $120 dollars per person, that same tour at the plaza is $20, huge difference. Pocket the difference and tip your tour guides and drivers generously, they don't make enough money. Happy travels in Ayacucho.Guest review byGinoUnited States

Very clean and new, with a comfortable bed, good bathroom with hot water, a very nice property in general. If you happen to stay on a high floor, you will have a nice view of the city and the mountains. A quiet location a few blocks from the main square. The water pressure of the shower was very strong, too. The hotel has also a great location!
