This is not only an amazing and unique place but, it also has the highest standards of service and delicious food too. Everything is top quality and the attention to detail is excellent: ponchos, slippers, binoculars all provided and made it feel like home, but much more special. Virginia and team worked tirelessly to ensure that our stay was perfect in every way. Whilst not cheap, it is worth every penny and more for such an incredible experience.

Lovely garden setting, delicious breakfast and spotless, comfy room! Alex was helpful. We arrived after dark, so waking to the mountain views and fresh cooked breakfast was extra special. Staff helped us with luggage to take a taxi to the train to Machu Picchu.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and it was one of the best hotels we had in our 14 day trip in Peru. The hotel is not located in the centre of Urubamba which we loved as it is set in a quite location near the river and had amazing mountain views all around. Rooms are vey spacious with beautiful décor, comfortable beds with views of the garden and mountains. Food during breakfast and dinner was really good and there's many options to choose from. All employees were very nice and helpful.
