The location was beautiful, espacially the view! The room was also very nice and the restaurant area very cosy. Edwin was super helpfull and very kind, the food was good and we really enjoyed our stay! This is the most beautiful place we have stayed, would definitely recommend!

Our host Manfred was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and very spacious for this price category. The bathroom was the best we have had so far in Peru. Breakfast was also very good. We were able to leave our luggage in the hostel while we were hiking in the canyon and when we got back, Manfred even offered us tea. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel in a dreamy setting. Food was incredible, the spa was the best I’ve been to, all staff members super helpful and nice. A fee complimentary activities such as pisco sour lesson and feeding alpacas were great to have. The size of the room, the cleanliness and attention to detail top notch!

We had a great stay at Casa de Santiago! Edwin was a great host, and made sure we were very comfortable and helped us book bus tickets back to Arequipa, lent us hiking sticks for the Colca Canyon trek, and offered to store our luggage complimentary while we hiked. The property is beautiful, and a great location for hiking the Colca Canyon. The staff is all so welcoming and kind. Jenny cooked us great meals for dinner, and the included breakfast was nice. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have hot showers. Highly recommend!

Really comfortable and clean beds, the manager was really friendly and helped us when necessary (we even finished our hike from Sangalle and got to check in a little early to shower. We also could leave our bags for the night whilst we did the trek. They offered tea in the evenings when we went up to watch the sunset as well - very homely!

Location is key, the bus from Arequipa stops just in front of the door. It was really convenient for a one-day hike down and up the Colca Canyon. The hosts are really kind, responsive, speak English, give great advice and even booked for us a last minute tour to the condors’ viewpoint. We were able to pay everything with a card. The room is clean, bed comfortable and the shower is private with hot water. The best thing is the restaurant which served us awesome stone oven pizzas, local dishes and overall amazing food with a great vibe. You can meet likeminded people and the atmosphere is amazing. We would live to go back!

Amazing people hosting tired hikers after a long Treck. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast at Gloria's, all of them were exceptional, the vegetarian rague for dinner was one of the best things we've eaten so far in Peru. Rooms have a view to the mountains, garden is beautiful and quiet.
