The owner is very kind and attentive. He gave us wifi right away, rooms were ready at 9:30am. Bathrooms are clean and equipped. Nights are cold but there is plenty of blankets. Biggest positive surprise was dinner: excellent, 4 courses meal. Fully recommended..

We had a wonderful stay! The host were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Their hospitality and effort really stood out. The standard was very high – everything was spotless, and we especially appreciated the warm showers. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I liked everything! The staff, Junior were really kind and polite to explain everything and made our stay in Aguas Calientes very comfortable. The location is perfect because just 3 minutes walk from the Train station. They prepared a breakfast boxes to bring for our Machuppichu expedition. And we were allowed to leave our bags there until the afternoon. The room was spacious enough and bed comfortable, bathroom clean with good hot shower. I recommend this place.

The hotel is definitely for lovers of nature. It’s located “in the end” of the street full of restaurants, in the quiet corner - just in front of the thermal baths. The location is unique, because it’s over the river, the sound of it makes you feel you are camping :) so wonderful to sleep peacefully….

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent, right next to the train station. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. Free tea, coffee and water were available in the kitchen all day, which was a nice touch. There are many restaurants and shops close by. It is only a short 6-minute walk to the bus station for Machu Picchu. Noise from the train is part of the package for many hotels in the area, and it did not bother us. We had a very pleasant stay.
