From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and efficient service from the staff. The room was beautifully appointed, spotless, and very comfortable—exactly what we needed for our stay in Cebu. The hotel’s location in Cebu IT Park is ideal, with shopping, dining and transport all easily accessible. The breakfast buffet was outstanding: a wide variety of fresh options and attentive service. The pool and common areas were well maintained and offered a pleasant place to relax. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything. It's small place but the room is a perfect size for me. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are so polite and very helpful. I love the colorful and cozy vibe. I didn't tried the pool since I ran out of time but it is very inviting. There is Robinson department store beside it. Love this gem.

Consistently warm and friendly reception staff, room staff and doormen. There are no surprises with Hop Inn, everything's very good every time. An easy several minutes walk to Ayala Mall and a beautiful park. Great exercise walk areas close by in the business park and a convenient little 711 store right next door. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing too, had the sirloin steak and it arrived pretty quick.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and soft. Cleanliness was maintained. Housekeeping was into it. Staff were awesome especially Elaine ,Grace & other staff on the front desk. Even the guard was so helpful. They will go out their way to assist you. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. It would have been great if Ripe Mangoes would have been served since it’s Cebu’s trademark, but i guess it wasn’t the season. Special mention to the housekeeping team who clean my room and made a swan out of my towels. That was cute & we liked it so much. Thank you. Hope to see you guys again🥰
