I like that the hotel is connected to the mall. The room is clean and staff are accommodating and friendly. We had an incident during our stay where we needed paramedics. Staff were so alert and helped us right away. They called 911 and ambulance came to the rescue. Staff assured that we are taken care of.

The accommodation is very clean, near shopping malls and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very seamless when it comes to booking and special request. I was even able to open Netflix since they have smart tv. I'm also very particular with the cleanliness of the bathroom, and it did not disappoint. Will book here again in my future trips in Iloilo

The location is very central and was a great choice for us. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The room absolutely clean. I really liked that the laundry service was very quick, reasonably priced and available throughout the day. The staff felt very relaxed, attending and polite. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help with anything.
