Overall, our stay was great—comfortable, accessible to the city, and there’s a 7/11 nearby if you need anything. The air-conditioning is cold and the view is nice.

It’s peaceful, it’s in the city but situated somewhere quiet and safe. The place itself is clean and well maintained.

Our stay at House of Bela in Iloilo was truly delightful from start to finish. The host, Mam Arra, was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. She allowed us to check in early, which was extremely helpful after our travels, and communication with her was always smooth, warm, and effortless. Her genuine Ilongga hospitality shone through in everything she did — welcoming, attentive, and sincerely caring. One of the moments that truly touched me was when she personally communicated with my friend from the UK to arrange the delivery of my birthday cake. That gesture alone showed how dedicated she is to making her guests feel special. Then, on our last day, she surprised us with a comforting, delicious bowl of homemade Molo soup — warm, flavorful, and exactly what we needed before ending our trip. It was such a heartfelt send-off that completed the entire experience. The house itself was spacious and felt wonderfully homey, the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed. Sunlight poured generously into the rooms, giving the whole space a bright, uplifting atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary creampuffs paired with homemade chocolate — such a sweet and personal detail that made us feel instantly at home. The rooms were also very spacious, spotless, and equipped with air-conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort and ease. We honestly wished we could have stayed longer. House of Bela isn’t just a place to sleep — it’s an experience filled with warmth, kindness, and the unmistakable charm of Iloilo. Thanks to Mam Arra’s incredible hospitality, our trip felt complete. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

Great location. Close to Atria, Esplanade and more. Very convenient. The place is clean and homey. It got everything you need especially if you wish to stay for a long time. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. There's a high speed internet offered so if you are working while traveling like us this is great for you. They also have a gym and a pool that guests can use. This is an all in one staycation place in Iloilo. Thank you so much for your hospitality Ma'am LB. The owner was very helpful and very accomodating. We can communicate easily with her in messenger. The place is very clean and exactly the same in the photos in the net. The place is very safe and very comfortable. Very near to the malls and accessible to all kinds of transportations. I would like to recommend this condo to all my friends and families and would like to be here again, next time I will visit Iloilo.

Very nicely laid out apartment with everything one needs. Loads of drinking water, very clean and nicely located next to the Boardwalk and a short walk across the bridge to shopping centers and more restaurants.

It was accessible, convenient and the staff added an extra effort to assist us.
