Beautiful stay, the whole lodge is built with very good quality, nice implementation almost on the shore, very clean, staff all very nice and efficient, good restaurant, simple but good quality, sunsets are memorable, everything was perfect. A must to try !

Plato de Ciudad is one of the finest and most enchanting hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. This hotel is newly built, featuring beautiful, bright, and impeccably clean rooms, all equipped to the highest of standards. A spacious, comfortable bed with a wonderful mattress and perfectly crisp, spotless linens — a place where sleeping felt unbelievably blissful, and where simply lying down to read, relax, or watch TV was an absolute delight. The Smart TV comes with built-in Netflix and YouTube, letting you enjoy any films or shows you like, as well as all the news programs that interest you. The room is equipped with a superb, modern air conditioner that operates so quietly you’ll never be disturbed by it, no matter the time of day. The bathroom features a wonderful, well-appointed shower with an excellent and stylish installation. But above all, I must mention the hotel’s staff — starting with its owner, a well-educated, gracious, and genuinely kind person, always ready to offer any assistance you may need throughout your stay in Caticlan. The entire hotel staff is exceptionally professional, highly trained, and speaks excellent English, always ready to assist you with absolutely anything at any moment. I would also like to highlight one more important detail. The hotel has a restaurant that serves the most exquisite, delightful, and truly gourmet dishes — a level of cuisine I have never encountered anywhere else in the Philippines. The food is extraordinarily delicious, and, to be honest, I can hardly recall ever dining so wonderfully anywhere else. This hotel is truly a hidden gem near Boracay Island. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to the airport while enjoying wonderful and comfortable accommodations. Our stay at this family-owned beachfront bungalow resort was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly, yet give you all the space you need to relax and enjoy your holiday without feeling hassled. The food was absolutely excellent—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. We stayed in one of the charming huts, which made for such a unique and memorable experience. If you have bad knees or tend to wake up often during the night, I’d definitely recommend the single-story bungalows for easy access. The location couldn’t be better—right on a beautiful stretch of beach and just a short ride from the airport. It’s the perfect spot to unwind either on your first or last day in Boracay. we left Boracay to stay here on the last night of our stay, because we wanted to avoid the rush of the ferry ride, and be close to the airport. they also gave us a late check out of 6pm, to catch our flight at 8pm. the fee was only an extra 500 pesos. The resort also offers two kayaks (a single and a double) at a minimal hourly cost, which is a fantastic way to explore the little island right in front of the resort. great swimming directly out the front. amazing clear water. Overall, a peaceful, picturesque, and well-located getaway that I’d happily return to. Highly recommended!
