Super, super clean!! The overall ambiance of the property was SO cozy (we ended up extending til almost 5pm bc we liked it that much). The correct appliances were there as advertised such as a portable stove, microwave, rice cooker, etc. Excellent location, clear instructions, responsive owner, and a pleasant experience altogether.

The owner and the caretaker are very nice and gave us everything we need right away. It is very nice for concert-goers in Philippine Arena and Stadium because it is near. It is clean and has complete amenities. This is so far the most decent accomodation I had since I started attending concerts. Will definitely book this again for future concerts.

There’s a small vanity which I used to get ready for my graduation. With the room layout, you can watch shows on the tv no matter if you are on the sofa or the bed.
