San Carlos is a great place to visit it’s close to the ocean...
San Carlos is a great place to visit it’s close to the ocean, many fish ponds there that are ran by local fish and shrimp farmers. The province of Binmaly has a few bars and restaurants on the ocean front that are nice they have a few with live band too.Guest review bySheldonUnited States
