The best part of the stay was the wonderful people working there! Great jungle-like setting perched on a hill, great views. Very comfortable room and fantastic breakfast to order. Great stop on the way to El Nido and San Vicente. I'd love to return, highly recommend!

Wonderful place with lovely staff, very delicious food and an infinitely pool with an amazing view. Rooms are basic but good value for money. They have modern fans that are very silent, which was great during the night. I usually don’t sleep too well without AC, but here I slept like a baby. Would come back any time!

Carpe Diem Resort Review Our initial reservation was for three days, but we decided to extend our stay because of how well we felt. From the first moment we arrived, we found ourselves in a carefully decorated, pleasant, and clean space, where the connection with nature is truly felt. The rooms are spacious and spotless. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous supply of towels and the presence of a bathroom with exterior windows, always well ventilated. The cleaning team is highly professional, ensuring a consistently clean and welcoming environment. The pool is perfectly landscaped and impeccably maintained. The resort staff stands out for their professionalism and empathy, offering a warm and attentive service at all times. The resort's design is very well thought out. The dining room, located outdoors and surrounded by lush vegetation, provides a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. A special detail is the large sign with the phrase Carpe Diem, which, besides being an inspiring motto, is precisely my favorite. At this point in life, I know that time is the most valuable thing we have. We don't have to wait for the perfect moment, because the moment is now. I want to give a special mention to Jayson for his great professionalism and dedication. I am beyond happy that i got to experience this resort! Our stay was so amazing, the staff was so welcoming and helpful!! Thank you so much for eveything!! From the planning of a Birthday surprise to organising the transportation to/from the airport and most of all Thank you for the most amazing food everrrrr!! The chef even cooked food for us, which was not on the menu! The view was really breath taking!! Hope to See you soon!!

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ! Great please to stay. Awesome pool, clean rooms, good restaurant, good WiFi, nice shower , beautiful view and very helpful staff. The staff always had smiles on their faces and was willing to help. Could not recommend hotel palacio more !
