Everything from check-in to check-out was incredible. The food in the restaurant was super tasty, we ate breakfast and dinner there every day and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The staff were super helpful and friendly, always happy to answer any questions we had/organise transport for us. The rooms were extremely clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The location is a little bit further from Alona, but it's easy to organise transport and it is only 20 minutes away. The property is super quiet and clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool after our morning excursions. It's really a wonderful place to rest and relax. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be 100% returning for our next trip!

Everything! If we could put 50 stars we would. From our arrival to our departure it has been amazing. The staff is exceptional, every single person, the room was absolutely spotless, everything was so clean and well organised. The bed is so comfortable, the view is just perfect! Bonne of the big tv! And the lovely swimming pool. Also breakfast is great and you have different choices. The menu for the restaurant is a bit repetitive but you have plenty of restaurants options nearby and near Alona. You won’t be disappointed booking at the Secret Garden Resort for sure. We hope to come back !

we spent here only one night but in my opinion this hotel is high level i would love to spend there more nights. the room and bathroom are huge, cleaness more than 10 points, atention for guests, wifi is super good, staff is nice. also there is nice cafe in the same building where they provide breakfast we tryed it and ir was really good. to be honest i was surprised how great was this hotel.

The entire staff is always around to help you with all the things you don't understand and even with the things that you do. Great place to stay but it's really the staff that makes it super. It has a really nice swimming pool and they lovely deck that you can work from.
