Everything! If we could put 50 stars we would. From our arrival to our departure it has been amazing. The staff is exceptional, every single person, the room was absolutely spotless, everything was so clean and well organised. The bed is so comfortable, the view is just perfect! Bonne of the big tv! And the lovely swimming pool. Also breakfast is great and you have different choices. The menu for the restaurant is a bit repetitive but you have plenty of restaurants options nearby and near Alona. You won’t be disappointed booking at the Secret Garden Resort for sure. We hope to come back !

The facilities were super new and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and sweet. We had a couple things we needed help with (from logistics booking transportation and ferry schedule to laundy service), and they were super super quick and helpful. Everything was great, motorbike rental too and the swimming pool was very enjoyable.

Very friendly staff. Reception was right in front of the lift, and they would always greet you when you go in and out. Housekeeping was also friendly and helpful with all requests. They do turn down service too, placing chocolates in the bed and a card with tomorrow’s weather.
