“Metropole Hotel is one of those places in Murree that instantly makes you feel welcome. The check-in was smooth, and the staff remained courteous throughout the stay. Rooms were neat, with comfortable beds and all the basic facilities you’d expect. What stood out most was the location — just a short walk to Mall Road yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The mountain views from the property were a treat, especially early in the morning with a cup of tea. Overall, it’s a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and value for money. Staff very friendly, Room very spacious, bed very comfortable, location was 10/10 short walking distance from mall street but perfect location away from all the noise. Also AC was able to be changed to any temperature and the TV you could access Netflix which was also nice. The overall Vibe of the hotel was great everyone was very friendly.

An excellent location,well maintained and very clean, this is the best stay option in Murree, its close to Mall road and is in a picturisc site. All amenities are available in the room and the complimentary buffett breakfast was delicious and with many options. I would highly recommend this place for a luxury stay in Murree.
