"I had a wonderful experience! The host was incredibly attentive and friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. Absolutely great experience! What a luxurious boutique hotel! The rooms were not rooms but suites! We had a room for three and it was so spacious like a huge family room with all the amenities and free complimentary water/soda, tea, coffee every day. The bathroom was spacious,too, just perfect! Warm, brand new, full of useful corners. There were even heater for the towels! As for the breakfast... Just WOW! The buffet had a varied selection of food, everything well presented, delicious and fresh! You could taste salty and sweat local polish food which was interesting but you had also products for any European taste! The staff was really helping, right there for you to give you detailed directions and advice always with a smile! We thank them a lot cause they did anything they could to make our stay memorable! All in all it was a high tech function hotel, near the city centre! Using the exceptional and very low cost public means of transport(tram and buses) you need about 10-12 minutes to the get in the heart of the old Town!

I got transfered to Zinar Castle becauce of the renovation in Forest Hotel. Zinar Castle is amazing piece of history and the rooms are renovated super well. Views from the balcony and from breakfast room are simply amazing. Staff noted my dog and cared about our stay utterly well. They even brough dog bed to the room.

Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening. Clean tidy lacking poor pillows Not necessary for two quilts Good value for money Poor breakfast choice No bar

We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable.

We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

The amenities are excellent.

The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!

Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! Have a nice trip

I book this hotel for my parents every time they travel from Krakow and have an early flight. The location is the most comfortable to get to the airport as well it pretty comfortable. This is a great place to get a good rest after a long trip and before an early flight. Much appreciated the early breakfast which they serve starting 3AM. Big thanks to helpful and friendly stuff who is very much helping with all my requests and very responsive.

New (2024 build), modern, clean and contemporary Rain shower Well equipped 3 bus stops from Balice airport Great communication with the host who were very professional and timely and their prompt replies were much appreciated Being able to book a lift to airport with the host (50 zloty approx 10 pounds in October 2025) was really helpful

Excellent location to Balice Airport and car rental.Good communication to Krakow Central.Room just perfect for short stay , very nice staff, room very clean, water/tea/coffee in the room Il.Bonus- included in the price shuttle to the airport which was quite handy at 4.30 am.
