The hotel should definitely have more than 3-stars, it deserves at least 5! Best location, facilities, clean and so comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were extremely satisfied and impressed, definitely coming back!

Amazing place, very good facilities at the hotel like the termal baths where you can easily spent hours, with restaurants and bars available without leaving the baths area. Room itself was a big surprise, photos did not look great compared to what it was in reality, great view outside. Large bathroom, very comfortable bed, all needed amenities. Welcome, fruits, drinks and chocolates. Simply amazing place, expensive but worth the money. Great breakfast options, one of best I experienced so far. Super friendly staff. Great design and atmosphere and so much more

The location is removed from the main streets and because of this it feels like a real hidden treasure - we were surrounded by mountains and blue firs, it was truly magical. Understanding, ready to go to the meeting in any matters and help staff - real professionals. The SPA area is wonderful, the Finnish and Turkish bath are spacious, there are sunbeds for rest and water, everything is very well thought out. Spacious parking area.

Beautiful and cozy hotel with an astonishing view. Nice rooms, great beds, good choice of dishes for breakfast. A lot of places to go: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage. Very clean allover. Beautiful green territory. Spacious parking lot. A great aqua park in just 5 minutes drive. Great choice of restaurants with local food and incredible view nearby.

Hotel is on the top of the hill, just 20 minutes away from very loud and crowded Zakopane, with very nice panorama view, it is retro 3*, but the room was updated, comfortable, very good breakfast, there is a skywalk just beside the hotel. What a thoughtful hotel! Wow - the room was lovely with amazing thoughtful touches and beautiful architecture. Sauna was broken when we stayed but the pool and steam room were lovely and the robes provided by the hotel very soft and comfortable. We paid extra for the breakfast which was worth it, the staff were all friendly and food was tasty and fresh.
