Our stay at Czarna Chata Luxury Resort in Klimkówka was absolutely fantastic. The house was incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The air conditioner provided much-needed relief during the warm days, and the jacuzzi was a perfect touch for relaxation in the evenings. The views from the property were breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the lake and surrounding mountains. It truly felt like a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The peaceful environment combined with the luxurious amenities made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend Czarna Chata Luxury Resort for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and natural beauty. We look forward to returning in the future!

* Hospitality - we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. * Communication - advance e-mails made sure that my need for a pet-free room was met. (I very much like that they have taken the needs of visitors with allergies into consideration in keeping their top floor rooms free from the resident animals and those of visitors.) It was good to be able to use English. * Very comfortable beds and shower room. * Design and General Comfort of the room - although the floor space is small, every thought has been given to the effective use of space, including little touches like a box of tissues in the room, and the arrangement of a working area with small shelf and seat. We were in a top-floor room, which meant angled ceilings and a dormer window - with a spectacular view across the Klimkowa reservoir to the hills beyond. Although there was a heat wave when we visited, the provision of three windows (shower room and one window in one wall, larger window overlooking the water) meant that there was better ventilation than is usual in rented accommodation. The architect had made the very best possible use of space - and I loved the commitment to using natural wood. * Food - absolutely the best breakfast buffet spread we experienced in Poland (including in four-star hotels). And it was the only place we found decaf coffee (albeit instant). Jose's Spanish cooking for two evening meals was delightful, and his baking was outstanding. * Coming to this region in order to have a better understanding of my Lemko heritage, I appreciated being able to talk with Piotr about the history of his family in Klimkowa and the land on which Barnilka had been built. Amazing place to stay! Very comfortable houses, sauna, jacuzzi and traditional wooden hot tubs. We've stayed in 2 people house this time but there are 4 houses all together so you can fit around 20 people easily. There are 3 hot tubs (1 with jacuzzi), sauna and dipping pool, each house has got large barbecue outside, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine) and bathroom (including washing machine). There is also a large area about 200m away where you can host a party for 30-40 people. The owners are supernice, you can get local honey and fresh trouts from the pond above. We host 2 parties there already and definitely coming back next year!

Very helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was very spacious and clean with a nice view. As the temperature dropped during night to -3 the hotel staff made sure that the radiators were on, and the room had been heated before my arrival. I will definitely stay again when visiting Ropa!

    Beautiful lake, different hiking trail to choose from around...

    Beautiful lake, different hiking trail to choose from around, beautiful forest and mountains. Beware of the yellow trail, it is off the path and can be hard to follow (see) and very steep. The area is in the lemko region so it is possible to try the food (nearby villages) and other heritage of Lemko people. Some very nice old wooden churches not a far drive from the village. The lake is breathtaking with the mountains behind it. We went in the winter, would be interesting to see in the other season. Bieskidy are most beautiful in the fall in my opinion as the forest shows different colors on the mountains :)
