From the delicious scent that greets you the moment you walk on the door, this is by far one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were excellent and came out to greet us and helped us find parking right outside where our van load of aid for Ukraine would be safe. The room itself gave off luxury even royal vibes and everything you could even imagine was there at your disposal. Good was exquisite and the room was lovely and quiet with an excellent view of Warsaw

We were travelling as a family. The hotel is very cozy and very close to Krakow Old City. The staff was very kind, polite and helpful, they even left a champagne in the room for New Year's Eve. The room was clean and warm. We had breakfast at the hotel only once, but it was very nice.

Loving the super fast wifi in the room which was really useful for calls. The spacious and spotless bathroom was amazing. The sheer size of the room was astonishing as well, really a great place to be after a red-eye flight. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

    Second time in this hotel. We were surprised enough that we received upgraded superior room which was new, comfortable and cosy. Staff at the reception is super responsive and friendly. We easily extended our stay for one day. Good breakfast is served at Witek. Recommend for stay in Krakow. Convenient for car trip. Good parking. Great value for money.

    The hotel is near the airport - short ride by taxi (airport taxis are expensive, better to order alternative). For the taxi back to the airport I used the booking . com taxi reservation. This is not the location for a tourist wishing to discover the town but for the stay near the airport it is fine.

    Nothing. Staff were miserable and 1 person in particular really couldn't be bothered. It advertises in the hotel that the restaurant is open from 1pm till 10pm, when actually it is only open for breakfast.
