The House on the hill in Oslonino was horrible, very cold, and dirty. It was 11C inside on May 1st, 2022, outside was cold as well so we were very disappointed. We experienced a horrible time. No help from booking.com representative. The owner clicked that we didn't show up so the booking couldn't refund us. We paid 4800 PLN and got 10% refund. The owner did not agree to refund us. He has been trying to sell the house for many months so it seems like he wants to take advantage on renting without paying attention on the house. The house was not prepared for the guests at all. We left after few hours of phone call conversations with booking.com representative who was not helpful at all, Oktawia Lobecka, even rude on phone. Trul terrible. It was our first such experience in our lives. Don't book this house.Guest review byEwaPoland
