Located right at the edge of the old town, the hotel was in a quiet location, with plenty of eateries, markets and Torun sights within a 2-10 minute walk. My room (209) was very spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of surfaces and seating area. Logical and adequate luggage rack. A power outlet on both sides of the bed. Plenty of lights and a huge window. Light natural and artificial. The door opened with a fob and there was no need to slip the key into a holder to turn on the lights and air-conditioning - they all worked independently of the key. Large shower. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom for your own toiletries Breakfast was a reasonable price and the buffet had a very wide selection, so you could sample various local/international items. I didn't try the made-to-order eggs, toasties or shakshuka as the buffet was plenty for me. The breakfast area was an atrium, so it was really lovely in the summer mornings. Knowledgeable, helpful, smiling staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations.

The building was an old granary with very thick walls. It's also an architectural masterpiece. The breakfast was amazing, if you stay for a week, you still can't taste everything served. The video-observed parking was free inside the city walls.

It is very well located, the new complex is fabulous, the bed and pillows are one of the best we enjoyed in our stay in Poland. The bathroom had an intelligent device that shows you the temperature, time, weather etc. Staff were super nice and a lot of them speak Spanish, it is very nice to hear your mother language spoken by other cultures. They welcome my dog in a unique way. Thank you!

The beauty of the grounds here is wonderful. The staff was exceptional in all areas. We especially appreciated the housekeeping staff. The rest of the staff were also so friendly kind. The bar tenders are talented in presentation and the creation all of their drinks and were very helpful with all of our questions about local drinks. It is a very easy walk through a beautifully kept park to Old Town Torun. The breakfast was beyond anything we could imagine. Many different offerings in several locations. Local foods, international foods, several fresh vegetable and fruit choices. The friendly staff kept things clean and comfortable at all times. The in-house beauty salon is run by exceptional beauticians Exceptional for groups, and very comfortable for individuals. Wonderful all around.
