Very warm welcome, managed to check us in early. Location was great, short walk to the beach, the hotel even provided complimentary beach chairs and towels - great service rooms were large, very clean and nicely decorated.

Very nice hotel hidden in what seems to be a residential area. Beautiful place, nicely decorated, great bar, friendly staff. Room was surprisingly large, very clean, very comfy. Clear recommendation.

San Juan is a large, modern city with all kinds of amenities...

San Juan is a large, modern city with all kinds of amenities, at the same has impressive historical areas, in and out of San Juan, with over 500 years of history. It's very diverse, must travel around the island, explore the coast and mountains. Excellent restaurants and food options. Don't be shy, be an adventurer, and explore the island. Like other places in the world, one must exercise caution and common sense, but the people are extremely friendly.

San Juan is a wonderful place to visit.

San Juan is a wonderful place to visit. I felt safe to walk the main streets even at night. Food is delicious and people are friendly. It's frustrating, though, to have to smell marijuana constantly on the streets. If people are going to do that, they should be respectful of those who don't, especially families with children. It's not fair that we have to be exposed to it. Authorities should take that into consideration, or San Juan could be ruined as a tourist location.

We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get around with Uber. One of our Uber drivers recommended a restaurant, La Garita, which is difficult to access & is in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood (La Perla). Another Uber driver took us all the way there. Otherwise we would have needed to take a long flight of stone steps off of Calle Norzegaray, down to Calle Lucila Silva, & possibly would have never found the restaurant. La Garita serves delicious Puerto Rican food & offered incredible views of the ocean from our table. Lots of roosters walking around in La Perla! The culture in Puerto Rico is a bit formal, & respectful of the elderly. Most but not all speak at least some English. I got several chances to use my high school Spanish, making small purchases in stores etc. There is a fantastic Oriental restaurant called Rakuten at the corner of Avenida Magdalena & Condado. Husband had garlic shrimp & I ate pineapple chicken. For dessert I had cheesecake that melted in my mouth. There is an entertainment spot called Distrito T-Mobile where we went on our February trip to San Juan. It's geared for young families with children, not for old folks like us though! 🍍

San Juan was easy to navigate by car service.

San Juan was easy to navigate by car service. The folks were super friendly everywhere you went. Old San Juan is a fun area to visit with its plethora of shops and restaurants and beautiful architecture. The sites are picture worthy. Plenty of accommodations to fit a variety of budgets. And the food is super tasty too.

Nice getaway, great for a long weekend.

Nice getaway, great for a long weekend. Good for girls trip with lots of nightlife and great restaurants,. What is great is that you have the convenience of using the dollar and US stores like Walgreens. So it is super convenient and easy to navigate.

The streets are very clean.

The streets are very clean. Sanitation workers are always present. It felt very safe. Old San Juan was so very beautiful. The preserved history, the knowledgeable tour guides and the quaint cobbled streets. Another plus was the free pick up and drop off bus that worked inside Old San Juan. FANTASTIC! I mostly got take out at the Chinese Food places. It was good. I recommend getting a private tour. If you can't walk around or long distances then getting a driven tour with a guide is great. Mine was so good.I loved her. She took good care of me and showed me many lovely places.

The room was spacious and the furniture was well placed to maximize the space. The bathroom was nice with modern touches, like the touch lights on the mirror. The breakfast was good with the omlettes made to order by the friendly chef. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location being just walking distance from the convention center, and a short drive to the cruise port and airport and Plaza des Americas. There was a shuttle that took you Old San Juan. That was really great.

Cozy and quiet place with a great location. The beach is just a 5-minute walk, there are many restaurants nearby, and the airport is only 5 minutes by car. The host was very polite and replied quickly to all messages. The room is not new, but clean, well-maintained, and bright. Cleanliness was our priority, so we were completely satisfied. I would happily come back to this hotel.

this is a very nice hotel in San Juan, located not far from the beach and some shops and restaurants, the hotel itself is very nice, rooms are very comfortable and equipped with a fridge and air conditioning, breakfast was good and tasty, there is even a parking, which is nice , the reception staff is very friendly and helpful, definitely a good choice.

The staff here was super helpful and friendly, they were willing to help us with our luggage. The location was super convenient while being less crowded than those in Old San Juan area or Condado Beach. We walked to the beach with in 5 minutes. The aesthetic of the design of the hotel was brilliant. We had a wonderful time here.
