Absolutely Fantastic! Our stay at Vidago Palace was nothing short of exceptional. The customer service was flawless—every member of staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to communicate, even in Australian English! The entire experience felt warm, welcoming, and truly five-star.
