This is a dream! A true holiday vibe in these lovely and clean cottages. Also a cosy common living room. Very peaceful and Huberto (the host) is so friendly! He makes a great and fresh breakfast. There is enough and safe parking space in front of the gate. We left our motorcycles there for two nights. No problem at all. To go to town you have to drive or call an Uber. We definetly recommend this hotel!

We booked for 3 nigths in this charming apartment and we were very happy. We loved we had an entire space and had our privacy. The apartment is very welcoming, well lit, clean and very spacious. It's very close to the beach. You can see it from there. Regarding services: It is fully equiped, we could prepare our meals perfectly. We could use the washing machine. And wifi connection was very good. We could also park in front of the appartmen which was very practical. Host: Even though we did not meet, he was very kind and was easy to contact for anything we needed. We liked the welcome instructions and recommendations for activities there in Sesimbra. For sure I would repeat it :)

The ocean is beautiful. Walking into town is safe and there are a number of good places to eat within walking distance. I loved the Döma and the Aloha Cafe. There were good pasteles de nata nearby. My favorite!! I also found excellent gelato.

A nice town, with a moderate-sized beach, a good range of restaurants in all classifications, some historical stuff, and a modern but still cosy atmosphere. Great for a week of leisure, beach, trips into the beautiful natural environment, and all. It is relatively close to Lisbon, but can be a difficult to reach by public transport. (Many routes are possible, depending on your day, time , and preferences.) Just go through it, spend 2 hours on the transfer, enjoy the view, the towns, and locals. We visited (a.o.) 2 great places for dinner: Black Coffee Sical (not just coffee, but also lovely meals and all) BATEL (a bit pricy, but OMG, what a tasty dishes they served us) Enjoy the food and atmosphere of these two contrasting places ! And one surprising hub on the beach promenade: the Gelatomania, an outlet for ice-creams, pancakes, waffles, coffees, and many more indulgences. Always busy, fast staff, and just delicious. Popular among young and old crowd, locals, tourists, families, caring couples, solo travellers, casual friends and thirsty dogs. Just pop by, it will quickly become your daily routine...

Sesimbra is our preterred destination for some days os holidays en Portugal. Good restaurants, tipical city, well maintained and improvement in services. Restaurants like , Filipe, O Velho e o Mar, Hotel Sana restaurant, o Canhão, Praia Mar with good quality sea food. Nice walk to the Sesimbra Castle from the city.

After being to the big towns and cities, Sesimbra was like a fresh breeze to us. We loved watching the fishing boats going in and out of the harbour, the really fresh fish and nearby Espiche and castle was worth a visit.

Sesimbra is a rather isolated place (we were there in may) with clean wonderful sea, many restaurants (SoSal was the best for us) where one can enjoy sea view and relax in a cosy atmosphere. Hotel do Mar is perfect if one wants to spend time not seeing many people and just have some real rest.

My friends and I booked this property for a weekend get away. We had a lovely stay, the outdoor space was amazing. The property is quite spacious and located near the center of Sesimbra. The host was such a nice person, very welcoming. We are planning to stay there again! Totally recommend

I loved the architecture and design of the hotel. They kept many original features and furniture, which gives it tons of character. It is arty in a totally unpretentious way. The staff were great. My room had a balcony overlooking the sea - magic. Great swimming pools and good vibe.

Great breakfast buffet, family room is spacious, nice gaming room and pool with lots of chairs. This hotel is great for a relaxing stay and close to stunning beaches (by car). Maham and Rodrigo in the breakfast area are gems and made us feel at home immeditately!

Everything was excellent--the view, the food, the room (although no A/C in winter), the staff. We needed work space for our laptop and cell phone and the staff was very accommodating. We were lucky that the hotel was so empty we had the place to ourselves almost.
