We had a Duplex with Bath, which was fun ) everything was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was good too. All staff deserves 10+. Offered some wine at arrival, helped to book a restaurant and was very friendly whatever we needed.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, balcony with a nice view. We really liked that there was a little hall at the entrance of the room that was separated from the bedroom by a door, it allowed us to get our stuff organised in the evening and use the bathroom without waking up our son that was sleeping in the bedroom. The hotel lobby and breakfast room was also quite cosy.

Everything was as advertised. David, the host meet as as we arrived, helped carry our bags to the room. We had the 3rd floor loft, picturesque views of the fort and old Bell tower. The host was super efficient and friendly. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern with a lot of natural light and ventilation. Good linen. Lots of special touches through out the apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of character with a super modern bathroom. The whole experience was just such a delight. This is not only a comfortable place to stay and sleep but also a gorgeous place to wake up. Tomar is a safe and clean city and not as busy and touristic as a lot of other places we visited. We would really go out of our way to stay in this apartment again on our next trip to Portugal. Parking was right outside the entrance.

Tomar is a beautiful city, with several interesting locations and cafeterias. There're plenty of free parking lots near Letreiro "Tomar". Sure, the Convent and its gardens are important places to visit, but it's better to go there by car if you have one. Also, A Moagem - Fábrica das artes and around it. Parque do Mouchão is great for taking a walk or sitting with a drink on the bank. For food, I recommend Insensato Café-Livraria, and Le P'tit Français for French croissants.

We spent one night here on our way from Lisbon to Porto. 1 night was the perfect amount of time to tour the Knights of Templar snd Christ Convent. I appreciated that the hotel was able to book a car service to take us to Porto the next day.

Having a walking tour and a tour of the Covento with Monica from GuruWalk is highly recommended. She was brilliant and really enhanced our stay by showing us small things we would never have noticed. Tomar is a very pretty Portuguese town. Nearby are the monastaries of Alcobaca and Batalha both world heritage sites and easy to visit. Tomar was a great base for our visit.

Stayed one night to visit the Convent of Christ and Knights of Templar castle. It was a quaint and lovely town and a nice contrast after coming from Lisbon and a nice overnight stay on our way to Porto. The Convent and Castle were definitely worth seeing.

Room, location, cleanliness, breakfast and staff courtesy where excellent. Only drawback was the Wi-Fi connection. The only network with sufficiently strong signal was the one shared with the TV, which required a new setup (new password) to connect to the Wi-Fi every time the TV was turned off (like when we left the room).

Great location near the historical area of Tomar. Bars and restaurants were close by. Our room overlooked the carpark but we had a good view of the castle and monestry from there. The gardens and pool area was very quiet but beautiful despite the cold pool. Large room with balcony and lovely bathroom with shower and bath. Breakfast had a lot of choice not necessarily quality but it does cater for large tour groups and corporate guests so was as expected really. The bar man was excellent! A very good 4 star hotel.

Excelent Hotel. One of the best boutique hotel I have ever stayed in. Perfect location for Tomar, also suitable for traveling in the area. Very clean, very godd a, clean and comfort rooms. Staff is highly responsive, special thanks to Karine and Tanya that treated us perfectly. The Restaurnt is nice and the food is great.

Gorgeous hotel in a little park area with fantastic staff, great restaurant and lovely rooms. Central in tomar and even offers a small spa. Was perfect for a mid roadtrip treat to wind down and relax.
