Absolutely everything. From the kindness to Ines and employee there. Kind, golden heart and professional. Access to informations (how to get code and card with a late check in) everything was very clear, with kind words and patience. And the breakfast! My god! Good job! Declicious, original, tasty, and they made us an espresso with real espresso machine. This place is the perfect mix like a great hotel and a fantastic guest house with private bathroom. The bungalow area was amazing, there is also a wooden house which is a shared kitchen. You could also find local products (food and handmade objects) which you could buy there. The bungalow was extremely new, clean and comfortable. David also went the extra mile for us, he made a lovely breakfast with homemade pancakes and a gluten free option made of rice (very good too). He was very kind and also let us stay longer as we had our flight late but didn't feel very well. Definitely felt very welcomed and at home, will surely be back but this time for longer! Thank you again for everything :)

We came for my brother wedding. Stay a few days after. Great decision. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is amazing. Great pool, gym and kids area. It was great to relax for a few days. You have freat beaches and restaurants close by.

I love the concept of a 5 star hotel integrated into the old Vista Alegre porcelain factory. And while still running, it was a very quiet location. Our bed was comfortable and our room had direct access to the outdoors, which was great for our elderly dog. The breakfast was varied, with options for my lactose free needs and the Bacalhao a Bras for dinner was amazing. Close to Aveiro and Costa Nova, both worth a visit.

Everything was perfect except for the one little detail where they advertise they have parking. They don't. What there is, is available meter parking around the hotel. From 9pm to 9am, the street parking is free. I did have to plug the meter every four hours but it didn't kill me. The breakfast was excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay, the room is a ship cabin in a 30 years old well maintained ship , it was such an experience! The room with the Ria view is the best , you can feel the breeze and it is quite. Thumbs up for the Breakfast service, there is even a sparkling wine and the products are top quality. I loved it .

Lovely little stripey hotel in a stripey village Costa Nova. Nice view from our balcony to see all the neighbours stripey houses. Room was nice, quite little, but we managed. I liked that there was fridge in the room, as I like to drink cold water first in the morning. Stuff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, cheeses, ham, pastries, yoghurts and I liked that there was selection on fruits, as pineapple, kiwis, melon and orange.

    The continental breakfast just like in a hotel: with a wide variety of products, both fresh and packed. All the place is very clean and in a good condition, giving the impression that everything is new. The bedroom was well soundproofed and with all the commodities, including a coffee machine. The mattress was comfortable. There is big game room with a vending machine.

    A truly lovely little hotel run with great care. The rooms are nicely furnished and spotlessly clean, the staff are extremely courteous, and the breakfast is excellent. We traveled with children. They were served extra delicious pancakes for breakfast. Our daughter said she would have liked to stay longer and that this was the best hotel she had ever stayed in!
