If your visiting Ciudad del Este I highly recommend this property. Centrally located and very friendly staff- the one young lady at the front (whose name I didn’t catch ) in particular was so friendly and helpful. Came with a basic but tasty breakfast and the bed was super comfortable. Also around the corner is a guy on the street that has a charcoal grill whose meat was to die for! I can’t see getting back to Paraguay but if I did I’d stay again for sure!

What a nice place. Quiet safe location away from the town center. Large room with a very comfortable bed. Thomas, at the front desk was fantastic, he went out of his way to help me. Nice breakfast buffet with great views of the park across the street. If I ever get back to Ciudad Del Este, I will definitely stay here again.

It's crowded but interesting.

It's crowded but interesting. Lots of folks from Argentina and Brazil come to buy at big discounts and take home. But as a tourist, Ciudad del Este (CDE) has some very worthwhile places to visit such as Tres Fronteras, Saltos de Monday, Itapua Damn and you are really close to the falls at Iguazu (certainly worth the drive!).

Ciudad del Este is a cool city, with good places to eat at...

Ciudad del Este is a cool city, with good places to eat at low prices. The tourist attractions are a bit far from each other, so I suggest renting a car or coming by car. Uber cars are not good. For those who are going shopping, don't stay near the center, as it's ugly. A great area I visited was the Lake Republic region.

Ciudad del Este is excellent for shopping. It's a good thing they're inaugurating the bridge providing access to Brazil through the city of Presidente Franco in 2026, because it's long overdue for them to update the Friendship Bridge, which has existed since 1960 and has never undergone any improvements. The intense traffic between the two countries using only the Friendship Bridge has become unsustainable.

Some shopping malls are really beautiful and comfortable for shopping, located on streets crammed with stalls selling trinkets, where it's almost "scary to walk." If you just want to take a look, don't even bother! If you're going to buy anything, not everything is worth it.

For those who want to shop and enjoy gambling in casinos, the location is ideal as you don't need to go through customs every day. The crossing time is very long. Plan your trip to Foz do Iguaçu for 2 days, especially if you're going to the waterfalls and the Three Borders Landmark.

The people were so friendly and helpful. They gave us a free lift into town and back and answered all of our questions. The setting is beautiful next to the water with a lovely log cabin. I'd definitely stay again, especially in summer as it's a great alternative to Ciudad del Este.

I do not hesitate to recommend this new hotel. I spent 20 days in Paraguay and this was the best experience. Everything was clean. The room was big and functional. The breakfast was very good. I would return any time.Enjoy!
