- All staff were exceptionally helpful, very polite and welcoming - The Hotel was spotless clean, everywhere! - The bedroom was super spacious and had all the nice extras including dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc to make your stay more comfortable. - The bedroom was also very well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, which was very useful. - The Spa was unbelievable, it was clean, spacious, classy, and again with lovely staff. - The swimming pool and jacuzzi was fantastic, flawless and very clean - The restaurant and breakfast was beautiful, plentiful, tasty and service was excellent. - The 4 bars were really cool with individual stylish themes. - Perfect location and added bonus of having beach access. Ideal hotel for long stay or short stay visitors. We were treated like VIPs every day and the staff were so kind and helpful.. including sending a cheeky midnight burger from the 24hr room service menu!!!

Wonderful accommodation with great staff. Beautiful rooms and nice exterior. We were there just when it wasn't that warm so the pool was a bit cold for us but very clean. Breakfast very tasty with quite a good selection. We would definitely like to come back again.

Dumbfounded, from services to facilities, omg, impeccable service, great staff, food was amazing 👏 Every morning breakfast came with a different taste 😋Everyone on breakfast team was amazing.the smiles were just genuine,Rooms were overly nice and neat. It screamed LUXURY, The concierge team was always an icing on the cake. Walkway was heavenly beautiful and classy. Lifts had sophisticated smell, giving lasting memories. Housekeepers were overly nice. The services can't be compared to the value of what I spent. Indeed, there was value for every penny.i think I owe FAIRMONT a change 🤣
