Comfortable beds, clean cozy room, tasty breakfast with plenty of choices, polite friendly and accommodating staff. We were amazed by how helpful the reception staff was - my daughter forgot her jewelry in the bathroom and the hotel offered and did send a parcel to Bucharest on their own expense . Thank you Mandachi Hotel! We will choose to stay there again if we ever need again accommodation in Suceava

everything a weary traveller dreams of; friendly efficient desk staff, clean, comfy bed, hot bath, airy room, good nights sleep, great breakfast! oh! one thing - only milk alternative was soya and I forgot to ask the waitress to shake the carton before she poured into a jug - ate a gloopy bowl of muesli - minor point but someone else might have complained. Smooth checkout with taxi on time - 10/10.

Great breakfast, excellent service. Arrived late and we didn’t expected to have a late dinner but the staff was friendly and polite and did us a favour and prepared us a great dinner at a very last moment at closing time
