The guy at the reception, who met us on the arrival date (29 Sept) and was there on our departure date (4 Oct) was so friendly and supportive: he prepared invoices and lunchboxes and did everything to make us feel home. My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a warm, elegant design that made it feel like a home away from home. The facilities were amazing – the pool was gorgeous, the spa was incredibly relaxing, and the food was out of this world. Every meal was a delight! The location was ideal – close to everything but still peaceful and serene. It was the perfect getaway, and I genuinely didn’t want to leave. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t wait to return! Let me know if you need further edits!

Huge, very clean flat. Everything was rather new and very modern. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of different choices. City centre only 25min walking distance (or you can take the metro). AC in bedroom and in living room was a big plus. Big balcony for a relaxed morning coffee. Very nice and helpful staff.
