The host welcomed us as friends and was within reach almost all of the time! We asked him for recommendations for restaurants, spots for a walk.and so on. He was very kind and always Will Ng to help. The property is extremely clean and perfect for couple with children. Nice terrace and a very well maintained yard. Location is 8 mins away from the center with car and 15 mins away from Galeriya Mall. Public transport options are also available.... Not sure is a good idea in Belgrade as it is more expensive than by car. Value for money is unmatched for sure Already recommended to all friends. Do not hesitate for this one!

The host welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. It was very easy to get in touch whenever needed. In Belgrade, public transport is free, so we left our car in a private parking lot and explored the whole city without worrying about tickets. It was very simple and convenient. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. We even received some snacks :)

Iva Old Town is truly a little gem, perfectly located in a very quiet neighborhood, offering the ideal position to be close to Belgrade's main attractions yet far enough to escape the rush and city sounds. There is free parking included, conveniently located right in front of the property. Everything is cozy, clean, and equipped with modern appliances. For instance, the air conditioning is refreshingly clean, controllable, there is stable, fast Wi-Fi and the shower is actually very 'friendly', temperature wise (you know how that can be a thing to ruin your stay :) Everything was consistent with the promises made on Booking. Host Andrej was genuinely friendly, making us feel at home without being intrusive, and he was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Very recently fully and richly renovated so all is new and perfectly clean! Centrally located, with a beautiful view towards the waterfront. Great breakfast with many food varieties.
