The staff were lovely, the original room we had was a bit claustrophobic (on the top floor) but the receptionist lady (we never got her name) was very accomodating and moved our room without hesitation. The room was very clean and modern. Our booking included spa access which was incredible, there is a pool and many sauna rooms, massages are also affordable and the spa staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel is about 10mins walk to town centre which we did not mind, there is parking right outside the hotel. The breakfast was buffet and had more options than we could eat. Overall would highly recommend.

Property is nice,we had a spacious apartment ,the beds are very comfortable ,the staff is very kind ,especially a girl and the guy who worked in the afternoon sift at the reception .We also had breakfast ,very good selection for everyone.They whole stay was fantastic and special thanks to the team for the little surprise they prepared for the birthday.

We will always choose Palisad over any other hotel ( when offer is reasonable) because they have amazing and huge lobby with plenty of seating, frequent guest musicians and collections of artwork to rival any galleries. The staff is very nice and polite, and the food is excellent, especially breakfast. The hotel's central location is perfect for a beautiful walk in Zlatibor.
