First & foremost, the staff were brilliant. This is a family run hotel, and I got the impression the staff were treated as friends. This showed in their pride in their work, and how they would go out of their way to help the guests & management. The hotel is pretty modern, very clean & well run.

TEO exceeded our expectations by far! The host is great, and the place is great! Clean, high standard, and 100 meters from the very heart of the city. One thing is for sure. We will visit again and when we do, there are no doubts about where we will live. We were upgraded to something I would like to call a 5-star apartment. All the luxury that comes with a 5-star hotel with a small difference. Being an apartment, it had a very nice and modern kitchen, spacious and beautiful as the rest of the apartment. This is the third time we have stayed at apartment Jona. We come to Serbia regularly from the UK to visit family. The hosts of the apartment and incredibly friendly and kind. The apartment is in a great location, we walk from there to Nis town centre. It's nice and quiet at night, parking on the driveway at the property. We love staying here and will be staying again this summer.
