I didn't mind the location, out of town, but beautiful views to me, the breakfast was spectacular, I enjoyed the hospitality, clothes washed and ironed, organised in your room closet, I honestly loved it, and they were nice. Room service too for breakfast and any meals of your choice, the menu is extensive too. loved that!

Akira is spotless — from the rooms to the beddings and gardens, everything is beautifully maintained. The peaceful atmosphere makes it perfect for relaxation. But what truly stood out for me was the staff — every single one of them was kind, helpful, and genuinely happy in their work. Melissa, Carmen, and Delta at the reception made me feel so welcome every day, while Chef Stanley and Alex turned breakfast into a delightful experience with amazing food and great service. The hotel was simply perfect. Extremely conveniently located near the Kigali Conference Center (just a 20-30 minute walk). I had a room on the second floor and the hotel was very quiet and clean. I felt very safe and welcomed by the friendly hotel staff. They even gave a complimentary jar of honey at check-out!

During my trip to Rwanda — the 99th country I’ve visited — I stayed two nights at Robero Resort. From the very first moment, I felt incredibly welcome. The manager personally picked me up from the airport and immediately provided all the help I needed. The resort itself is beautifully designed and very well taken care of. My room was spotlessly clean. The gardens are lush and green, the swimming pool and jacuzzi are wonderful, and the views over the surrounding hills are absolutely breathtaking. The WiFi is excellent throughout the entire property, which is perfect for travelers like me. The food was delicious every single time, and the coffee… simply amazing! But what impressed me the most was the staff: the most kind-hearted and caring people. They made me feel at home from start to finish. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the incredible hospitality and all the support during my stay. I wish you all the very best — and I truly hope to see you again!

This may be a motel but the facilities and rooms are better than some 5* hotels. Staff can't do enough fir you. I got a very personalised service. It's a new hotel with all mod cons.
