Nice and professional staff on reception and in the restaurant. I love the view and jacuzzi. But we couldn’t fill it with a hot water, since it wasn’t coming hot enough from the tub. I’d suggest adding less oily food for breakfast, but I do understand that locals like it this way. Overall stay was very good. Room is huge, bed is super comfy.

The Manager of the hotel could not have been nicer. He was so professional, friendly and helpful. He helped us arrange a tour of the region after our original tour guide cancelled and was most helpful with recommendations. Hamdy could not have been any more accommodating and because of this I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and would certainly choose here to stay next time. The rooms and facilities was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding!
