Great island - really laid back and everyone on bicycles to get around. I did the hike to Anse Marron which was difficult due to the terrain but totally in nature and the natural surroundings - I loved it. This is definitely not for the faint of heart as we were in caves waiting for the tide to go out with 10 seconds to get up a rock kind of deal but man it was cool. I really enjoyed La Digue as there are not that many motorised vehicles and everyone gets around on a bicycle. I walked and everything was in a perfect walking distance. Must-go beaches include Anse Marron, Anse Coco and Petite Anse…I expected a bit calmer waters though so you end up looking at pretty waters but cannot bathe because of the strong current…Guest review byLenkaSlovakia - 10.0

Paradise… definitely recommend to stay for a few days instead of just a day trip! Loved the laid-back vibe of the island. It only has a few cars, so very convenient to get around on foot or by bike. You can stop at the hidden beaches you discover on your way, enjoy the view of the tropical forest, and befriend the turtles you meet on your way :). Stayed there for 2 nights and it was perfect. Although I was unlucky to get 1 full day of heavy rains but I enjoyed the property with swimming pool and took a rainy walk around. The hosts are extremely helpful, they arranged taxi for us on a daily basis, facilitated money exchange, bike rent and even a guide for a hiking trip in the forest. They also offered a free transport to/from the house on the first and last day of our stay. They shared their home made meal with us. La Digue is the best island in Seychelles - you need only bike to travel around (they managed for us upon arrival) and some money to buy food & drinks. And Hibiscus is in the middle of all activities - morning bakery 4 mins, best beach 10 minutes, many take away food up to 5 mins, center and shops in few minutes as well.
