The staff was exceptionel serviceminded. The maid, the receptionist, the bartender, the waiter.... All of them had a smile. I travel a lot and it is very seldom that this is the case. It is a budget-hotel - and you do it so well.

You could not get a better location with terrific access to the airport and transport. In the morning we just had to go down one flight of escalators to check our bags in Very comfortable room overlooking the runway but no noise. Very good breakfast included Extremely convenient for travellers

Booked this hotel because our usual was very expensive and I was so pleasantly surprised. No problems at all with the shuttle bus, arrived at exactly the times stated and the self check in was easy and smooth. The room was big, extremely comfortable beds and clean with the added extras of the sample face creams being a nice touch. We had the ‘light’ breakfast at 4:30am as we had an early flight but it was great. For the money would definitely stay here again.

An airport, so slept at hotel after and before flights. Toilets mostly clean. Missing good foodplace. Ate "tacos" that were like cardboard and tasteless mince. Avoid! Before security, good mix of shops. After security, Dutyfree with great selection.

We were in Scandinavia for 2 1/2 weeks.

We were in Scandinavia for 2 1/2 weeks. We were at the Arlanda airport a total of five times. It is laid out very well, although you need to look for the cut through in the shopping area right after security. There are many places to eat and getting to the airport and back was very easy via train. Mostly, we absolutely loved Stockholm. It was our favorite stop on our whole trip

Prefer arriving in Arlanda compared to other airports close...

Prefer arriving in Arlanda compared to other airports close to Stockholm as it's easy access into Stockholm. However on our arrival the tracks were down making it impossible to take either the train or Arlanda express - fortunately we had arranged stay in local hotel but pity anyone who wasn't in the same position.

Arlanda is a beautiful airport with many nice restaurants. It is always clean with much natural light. The only issue I have is going through passport control upon arrival. Sometimes the workers are on a fika break and nobody is working at all. Once we stood there for almost 20 minutes before anyone arrived to check people's passports. On the other hand, the workers are always kind and helpfu,l so I appreciate that. Overall, I would say that Arlanda is one of my favorite airports, having to stay the night there (at one of the airport hotels) is more like a treat than annoying. Getting to the trains, buses, and car rentals is easy and convenient.

I have shared details in my review, will try to summarize here: - great place to stay on your travels transfer - their shuttle works great, may arrange in advance by message or phone call to the hotel - restaurant great, breakfast awesome with many choices - room is great, enough room, lots of lighting, power outlets and USB ports - there is no bar fridge - hotel is in the middle of nowhere but if you're just transferring it doesn't matter, especially with their great shuttle service - foam mattress comfortable but moves around Bottom line - I highly recommend this place !

good for an overnight stay ,especially for SAS flights only 5 mins walk .less so for BA 20 mins walk terminal 3 Paity their early morning call systems not working ,surely essential for an airport hotel Ley system and electricity quite complicated .Breakfast excellent and enormous!

As our outbound flight was scheduled for departure very early in the morning, we decided to spent our last night at this hotel located within the Arlanda Airport, close to the metro station, between terminals 4 and 5. This also allowed us to travel to Uppsala and spend there our last afternoon and have dinner there. The room was very spacious and comfortable, yet furniture is a bit "essential". Breakfast begings very ealy in the morning, which is conveniente in case of early departures, like in our case. Good value for money.

This hotel is only good for a quick access to arlanda airport (like if you need to take a flight very early morning, or if you arrive middle of the night). Shuttle service is good and fast between airport and hotel. So if you just need like a parkingspot and some hours sleep then this place is allright but dont expect anything more from it. Rooms are clean allthough clearly not new. Showers/toilets are clean. Recomend earplugs/nightmask if you want some decent sleep, unless light/noise doesnt bother you.

Excellent choice when you have to catch an early flight from Arlanda. Even though there are other choices right next to the terminal, the Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO offers free bus transfer every 30 minutes and lower rates than the airport hotels. Good breakfast, although the warm dishes aren't served before 06:00, so early birds miss out!

It's a very special hotel, it's easy to get to the hotel, you walk around 10 minutes from arlanda airport. I've heard there would also drive a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but i don't used it.
