We were a group of 3 healthcare professionals who transferred a minor to a hospital in Eskilstuna late at night. The trip to Eskilstuna, handover to the hospital staff, and lack of taxi service at the time took us till 4am to get to the hotel. Robert messaged me that he would extend our checkout to rest a bit, which normally is done at 11 am. He also reserved some breakfast in case we had missed it. These little things make the customer happy. Will recommend the hotel again. Malcolm

We stayed at an apartment in a house at the end of the camping because our booked room had a brocken window. The apartment was really comfortable and we did not miss anything. We loved the kitchen and the veranda. The breakfast war really good.

Across the road from Eskilstuna Station and a short walk to the main shopping area Excellent room, comfortable, warm (snowing outside), small yet functional Very helpful staff, chatty and informative, welcoming Solid Swedish style breakfast, hot & cold Evening dinner, one course + served .. very tasty !

    Good location. The hotel was much better then expected, never tried Best Western Before and maybe I had low expectations… Positively surprised. Nice and cleans room and okey breakfast. It was a new restaurant in the building that seemed very busy, I wish I had tried it.
