Everything was perfect. The hotel is perfectly located very near the station, in a small and quiet park. The room was super clean, very comfortable bed, seating area with table, perfect Wifi and TV, and Soundproof, which is exceptional! Good equipments: even cotton swabs are foreseen :) There is a lounge downstairs with free coffee & tea and nice seats. The staff is very friendly and helpful and some are even multilingual.

The room was a really good size and nicely decorated and furnished. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an afternoon snack, an evening meal and breakfast the next morning, and all the food was amazing. We would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Location is near the bus and train station so it was easy to get to. Staff was very sympathetic to our situation, went the extra mile to make it comfortable for us during our stay. August at the reception arranged for us to get snacks and have breakfast bags when we had to leave at 2 a.m. to catch our next trip. Truly appreciate it!

Kristinehamn has an interesting history going back to the mid 1500ers. So a meander around the historic centre of town is recommended. Defo a visit to Picasso's Sculpture! 👍 👍 and Kristinehamn Konstmuseum 👍. We only stayed 2 nights. Plenty more to do if you're in to nature, like boattrips, canoeing, nature walks. For those with interest for more historic facts I'm sure the History museum, Kristinehamn Historiska is worth a visit.

Although when booking, I was under the impression, that the hotel may be a bit run-down. My experience when I got to the Hotel was very different though. It had a "old-small-manner" vibes to it and had a querky (in a good way) layout. The dining room was small and cosy and there was a very nice lounge area for chilling and reading books or smth. The breakfast was continental, but every ingredient was very tasy and I actually really enjoyd it. The bed linen and mattress were very comfortable and in general the room was ok.

Beautiful place and lovely accomodation. If you love animals, this is the perfect place! We really loved our hostess, had a wonderful time with the animals and it was just a all round good experience. Foot note for bikers: good idea to have room on your bike to shop, for breakfast/lunch/dinner, before you reach Snällfäll, because it is a 20 km bike ride to Kristinehamn. There is a busstop nearby though, if you DO NOT want to take your bike. :)

Very nice breakfast with a good selection .The hotel was in a good location . You could hire a bike if necessary .There was a good choice of eating out .There was a nice coffee shop selling home made ceramics just around the corner from the hotel .A nice marina and good walks in the area
