Absolutely astonishing hotel in the middle of the forest. The houses have everything you need and are beautiful and very luxurious. Also the restaurant in the main house is fabulous and with a cosy touch! Beautiful paths are around and the nature is overwhelming. A wonderful place which is worth to spend more than one night there.

We enjoyed the very well equipped house and the garden. Parking available in front of the property. The house has a very nice Scandinavian and minimalistic design. A forest is behind the house. The hosts are very nice, great communication. A supermarket (Coop) close by (150 m). Very quiet area, minimal traffic, nice garden view, comfortable beds. We have got some fresh local eggs from the hosts as a courtesy :-)

The best system extra bed in room, just pool out from the main bed, with wide and normal comfortable mattress. The staff nice and helpful, very good breakfast with lots of options. The restaurant has kids’ menu and excellent moules. We did not have the time, and the weather was not so good so we can try the pool. Near by is a nice playground, close by a COOP. The location so good, close to many attractions in the area, like 30 km around.

It's a cute little hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff. The gentleman who might have been the manager was especially helpful — he was there all the time. I would definitely recommend the Palace Hotel, especially if you're visiting Astrid Lindgren's World.

Very good service and very friendly staff.

Very good service and very friendly staff. The garden was cozy and we had a great time there as a family. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty. During a quiet evening, salmon and pancakes were cooked over the fire, which created a very good atmosphere and a pleasant evening for all guests.

Quiet, rural setting with lake access.

Quiet, rural setting with lake access. Boat trips (also for groups) can be arranged in advance through the owner. Fishing is possible; please inquire with the owner. Cyclists/motorcyclists are very welcome. A sauna is available on site.
