Wonderful hotel: very helpful and accommodating staff, good food, spectacular gym facilities. We stayed at the little cottage by the pond and those are very comfortable. We even extended our stay by one more night, had to move to a room in the main building due to availability, and that was fine too, although the rooms have no fridge. Nice beaches and supermarket nearby, within a short driving distance.

For my purposes, the location was perfect. The hotel was immaculate, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the Premier room I stayed in was one of the most comfortable I have EVER stayed in, and I travel a lot for work, with modern top-quality fixtures/fittings and stunning rainforest shower. I also used the gym twice which was also immaculate and provided all the equipment one needed.

The hotel is located close to one of the nicest beaches, among the treas. We were staying here for a night with a dog in one of the rooms in a building with a shared kitchen. Eventhough 4 rooms were sharing 1 kitchen, you couldn’t hear the neighbours because of a good soundproofing. Excellent place to stay with a dog, with a lot of green surfaces, close to a beautiful forest and a river delta. Breakfast in the main building had a lot of dairy-free options. Durig the day you can book a sauna with a jacuzzi, rest area and massage chairs.

Everything about this hotel was excellent and very well priced. Highly recommend it. Staff was welcoming and enthusiastic about making our stay in the hotel and the city the best possible. Dining was excellent. We had dinner there and everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet is the best we experienced in three weeks of travel in six countries. A fine hotel!!

Excellent location within walking distance of railway station and a good point for me to start my walking expedition. Close to the centre of the town with plenty of places to eat. Supermarket under half a mile away. Nice paths along the riverside immediately adjacent to hotel. An excellent breakfast with wide choice of different foods served early if needed - from 6am on weekdays and 7am at weekends.
