United KingdomAn enforced stay over in Lycksele because of repair needs travelling by bicycle on the European divide trail. Small staff number but they are the friendliest and most helpful that you will meet. A special.mention for Rene who not only looks after reception but does the maintenance work there. Lent me his tools made phone calls and gave helpful advice. Breakfast is good and plentifully showers hot, rooms good size and clean, bar and restaurant on site.Reception was not manned through the day but a telephone call to the provided number worked. If unavailable they rang back quickly

Hotel Lappland is until today , one of the best hotels I have visited , with a High class breakfast and restaurant , a beautiful SPA with all possible commodities , friendly people and really nice rooms , if you do not book with booking , if you book with booking it will be more expensive and just a simple room withouth anything , better to book directly by telephone with one of their fantastic employers , was a nice journey and an experience to remember. DO NOT BOOK WITH BOOKING..:D

Quiet, clean hotel, close to the city center. We were there 2 times during the winter. Heating worked. Employees very helpful and friendly. Nice selection of breakfast. Breakfast buffet was refilled and cleaned during breakfast hours. Shoe horn and water boiler in the room.
