Very friendly and professional staff. Not a design-hotel, but a refreshingly straightforward, large and comfortable room. Furniture and bathroom accessories are simple but very funktional. Easy to understand how to turn on the water in the shover (this is not always the case in fancy design hotels).

What a cosy place! We loved the entire stay, close to several hikes, forests and a big lake. Also just an hour to Stockholm. Ulf was a great host, great communication, helpful and they even prepared the Hot Tub eventough they were away themselves! Absolutely recommend this place!

Small in but very cozy, specially the TV lounge, looks so cozy in this inn. The owner of the hotel speaks very good English, and she is very much helpful, A kitchen where you can cook your own food. Parking is free, and it's just 14 minutes walk to city center, Lots of restaurants close to hotel and supermarket.

Unfortunately i came back completely bitten by fleas or bed...

Unfortunately i came back completely bitten by fleas or bed bugs, the doctors must define it yet. never in my life i had anything similar. I booked a spa hotel but the spa was completely under construction (till May 2026 at least). We were however charged the full spa price and have no compensation yet - only Barbara, the head of the reception team tried to save the situation with some dinner invitations. No answer from Booking and no answer from the hotel management yet. the rooms were small and not properly cleaned every day. No wardrobes or storage for your clothes. i really expected a much higher level for over 3200 Euros for 2 rooms for a week. Especially - i you do not offer SPA than do not sell a spa resport hotel!

Cosy and practical Norrtälje. Bugs.

Cosy and practical Norrtälje. Bugs. We had number of bitemarks in the morning. The window was shut and we were using our own bedclothes. During the night somebody was walking back and forth the front door talking on the phone leaving the door open. The door to our room could not be locked so we didn't sleep the night.

Beautiful, spacious room and lovely location overlooking the river. We'd been on a bit of a trip around the country staying in very basic accommodation, so it was lovely to be greeted with such attractive accommodation for our final night in Sweden. Parking was really easy right outside the hotel and it wasn't expensive. You can walk to everywhere in town from the hotel.

A nice little hotel if you on the road and need a good night’s sleep. We had an early ferry to catch from Kapellskär and stayed there for the night. Everything was smooth, a continental breakfast was included. Our room with private loo and shower was satisfactory. Some rooms have a shared bathroom.

Buffet dinner was included in the room price - altought nobody mentioned about it before I went to ask what is the price for the buffet. It was not anything special, but as the hotel is situated outside city centre it was nice to have something to eat.
